1. Franchise Owned Company (Alexa Healthcare) Operated: FOCO:
   The ideal partner for us will be a real estate owner/hospital owner/doctor/physiotherapist who will be responsible for setting-up the franchise as per Alexa Healthcare defined criteria and Alexa will be responsible for running operations and management of the franchise. Alexa Healthcare will bear the overall responsibility for running the centre and collecting the revenue. Alexa healthcare will provide the necessary operating capital as per defined budget. A fixed revenue sharing will be decided at the onset of operations which will be paid by Alexa Healthcare to the franchisee and no fix rent will be paid at any point of time.
2. Franchise Owned Franchise Operated: FOFO:
   The ideal partner for us will be a real estate owner/hospital owner/doctor who will be responsible for establishing the franchise as per Alexa defined criteria and run the operations according to Alexa protocols. The franchisee will bear the overall responsibility for setting-up & running the center and collecting the revenue. He will have to be fully dedicated to running the unit and undergo mandatory training at Alexa corporate and existing hospitals to get familiar with the Alexa way of working. A fixed revenue sharing will be decided at the onset of operations which will be paid to Alexa on a monthly basis.
